Hotel Chariot was originally built as a Christian elementary school. Old members of the school of course know all the details of their primary school.
Years later, in 1971, the school building was condemned for teaching. Finally, on May 7, 1999 Hotel Chariot opened its doors in this historic building, after a major renovation.
Aalsmeer
Aalsmeer is situated south of Amsterdam and is easily reached from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Aalsmeer is famous for its flower, which is located in the largest commercial center in the world.
The Westeinderplassen are ideal for water sports such as sailing and windsurfing. Many visitors and day trippers are attracted by the enormous beach, near the Water Tower, the restaurants and the port.

Amsterdam, world-famous for its canals, museums and historic downtown, is a perfect destination for a day out. The Amsterdam crowds can easily be combined with the tranquil surroundings of Hotel Chariot. The center of Amsterdam is easily accessible by shuttle bus from the hotel, taxi or train.
